Dinner Made Easy at The Summer Club

 

Poolside dining is where it’s at! Feed hungry bellies at The Pirates Cove Café and enjoy a leisurely meal by the pool!

 

The menu has a full array of cool treats, quick snacks, delicious lunches and a wide selection of beer and wine. This year we are excited to introduce the new Pirates’ Cove Café team: Chef Thomas John, and restaurant manager Tim Oliveri! We are looking forward to many fantastic meals by the pool this summer including some new Mediterranean inspired menu items, as well as the traditional summer family favorites with high quality ingredients & upgraded service.
